Dave is an excellent builder and he is fantastic person to have on site too. The finished job is high quality, his rates are extremely competitive, and the site is cleaned up after each day. He gives good advice, is great at being creative and working within a tight budget and exploring different options to get a good cost effective solution. He has been helping us do up our house in stages. It is a wonky old bach house and other builders or contractors have just said pull it down or been frustrated by there being no straight lines, but Dave has been prepared to tackle this unenviable project and work with us to do much needed improvements in incremental stages. He is flexible to tackle issues that come up in a renovation, and nothing is an unsolvable problem for him. He also has lots of contacts in the field and coordinates and manages other trades (sparkies, plumbers etc) to get all aspects of the job done, which is really useful. We are very lucky to have him as a builder and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
